At VKP Dream Vacations, we strive to provide the best travel experiences for our customers. We understand that plans may change, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation date and the terms of the respective airline, hotel, transport provider, or travel package.
Any applicable cancellation charges imposed by third-party service providers will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Schedule

More than 30 days before departure: Up to 90% refund (excluding processing and booking fees).
15–30 days before departure: Up to 50% refund.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

The above schedule may vary depending on the destination, package type, and supplier policies.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

Visa processing fees
Travel insurance premiums
Flight tickets marked as non-refundable
Special event, festival, or peak-season bookings
Customized travel arrangements where advance payments have been made to suppliers

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on banking and payment gateway procedures.
Any transaction or processing charges incurred during booking may be non-refundable.

Changes and Modifications

Any amendment to an existing booking may attract additional charges based on the policies of airlines, hotels, transport operators, and other service providers.

Cancellation by VKP Dream Vacations

In the unlikely event that a tour or service is canceled by VKP Dream Vacations due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:

An alternative travel arrangement, or
A refund of the amount paid for the affected service, subject to supplier policies.
